1. Agreement

By accessing Ryzolv.com or using our services (ABAP Copilot, Rflow), you agree to these terms. If you represent an enterprise, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Ryzolv retains all rights to the Rflow™ Engine, ABAP Copilot extension, and RIF-7 frameworks.
Your IP: You retain full ownership of any data, code, or models you build or process using our tools ("Sovereign AI").

3. Limitation of Liability

Our AI tools are assistive. Ryzolv is not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs. We recommend Human-in-the-Loop governance for all critical workflows.
